Kristin Savage brings a dynamic blend of creativity, strategy, and entrepreneurial spirit to her work. Originally from the Jersey Shore, New Jersey, Kristin relocated to Las Vegas in 2021.
She began her career in New York City, working in fashion PR and marketing, and quickly found her niche in luxury fashion—specializing in vintage designer handbags. After spending much of her career in this space, Kristin transitioned into corporate America with a major tech company, gaining valuable experience in large-scale operations. Ultimately, her passion for authentic connections and community-driven growth led her back to marketing for small businesses, where she thrives by helping entrepreneurs build and expand their brands.
Outside of work, Kristin is deeply passionate about fitness. As an avid CrossFit enthusiast, she enjoys guiding others on their fitness journeys and sharing the discipline and motivation that drive her own. She resides in Las Vegas with her boyfriend and their three beloved animals, balancing her professional pursuits with an active and fulfilling personal life.

At 343, I lead our team and serve as the connection point for business owners—listening first, then aligning them with the right people, systems, and support to simplify operations and remove friction. Having been in the owner’s seat myself, I understand the weight
of running a business, and my focus is helping leaders gain clarity, confidence, and more freedom in their day-to-day lives.
In my spare time you can find me running, doing CrossFit or convincing myself I still can play Rugby. I enjoy challenges, learning new things and working with people who take pride in what they do.
Bookkeeper
Jen lives on the edge of North Las Vegas, where desert sunsets meet mountain horizons. Outside of work, she enjoys all types of crafts, spending time with her family—including her four children—practicing yoga, traveling, and indulging in dirty Dr. Pepper’s.
In high school, Jen discovered a love for organizing numbers through an accounting class, sparking a passion that reshaped her career path. She originally planned to pursue medicine, but quickly realized that needles and blood weren’t for her. That last‑minute pivot led her to accounting—a field where clarity, structure, and storytelling with numbers come together. Today, Jen thrives in accounting, helping clients feel confident and empowered with clear, well‑organized records.
